1. How can I receive information from Science Track by email?
You will regularly receive information on the Science Track products if you are registered.
2. How do I know if you received my order?
After choosing your items, payment and after entering your mandatory personal data and the validation of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
3. When will I receive my order?
You will receive it between three to ten working days after payment confirmation. If any item is not available, we will inform you.
4. How does it work with the exchange and return of items?
If you receive a faulty item, you can exchange it for another item or request the refund of your money.
5. What costs do I have to pay in addition to the order?
For each order you will pay the dispatch costs.
6. And if the contents of my order is not correct?
- If an item is missing: please inform us and we will send it without charging dispatch costs.
- If you receive an item you did not order: please return it, indicating which is the correct item and we will send it without charging dispatch costs.
- If you receive a faulty item: contact us and we will tell you how to return it; then we will send it back without charging dispatch costs or make a refund of the amount paid.
