You will regularly receive information on the Science Track products if you are registered.
2. How do I know if you received my order?
After choosing your items, payment and after entering your mandatory personal data and the validation of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
3. When will I receive my order?
You will receive it between three to ten working days after payment confirmation. If any item is not available, we will inform you.
4. How does it work with the exchange and return of items?
At Science Track you can always make returns, under the conditions described on this website, and you must carefully read the “Terms and conditions” tab.
If an item is not in good condition, you can exchange it for another item or request a refund of your money.
5. What costs do I have to pay in addition to the order?
